Polished throughout, with no oxidised detail anywhere. The relief does all the work: a solid silhouette from across a room, a set of facets up close.

Precious metals: solid 925 sterling silver, or 14k gold vermeil — a thick layer of 14k yellow gold bonded to solid sterling silver. Never plated brass.
