We want you to be happy with your piece. Here is exactly where you stand.

Your right to change your mind

You may return any piece within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Made to order is not the same as personalised, so this right applies to our pieces in full.

Condition

Pieces must come back unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. We inspect every return. Items showing wear, scratching or alteration cannot be refunded.

How to start a return

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery, with your order number.
2. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the piece back within 14 days of hearing from us.

Return postage

Return postage is paid by the customer, except where a piece arrives faulty or is not what you ordered — in those cases we cover it.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection we refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few further days to show it. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the piece was faulty or incorrect.

Faulty pieces

Silver is a soft metal and will mark with normal wear; that is not a fault. If a piece fails because of how it was made — a bail that opens, a casting flaw — contact us and we will repair or replace it.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the piece for a refund and place a new order.
