About the Design

An egg cut down to three marks: a nose in full profile, and two eyes held closed, each drawn with fine incised lashes. Everything else is left as one unbroken rounded volume, so the features read as interruptions in the shell rather than as a portrait.

The body is finished matte to keep the surface quiet, while the bail and the lash lines stay polished and take the light. Worn, it shows as a profile from the side and as a smooth, almost blank stone when seen head-on.

  • Material: 925 Sterling Silver

Precious metals: solid 925 sterling silver, or 14k gold vermeil — a thick layer of 14k yellow gold bonded to solid sterling silver. Never plated brass.

Each chain option is adjustable and covers two lengths, so you can wear the same piece higher or lower. Choose by where you want the pendant to sit. If you are between two options, or you plan to layer, take the longer one.

String method 1. Take a piece of string, a ribbon or a soft tape measure.

2. Wrap it around your neck and let it fall to the point where you want the pendant to sit.

3. Mark that spot, lay the string flat against a ruler, and measure it in centimetres. That is your chain length.
