Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of jooorijewelry.com and any order you place with us. By placing an order, you accept them.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order if the piece cannot be made, if a price was listed in error, or if payment is not authorised.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any import duty or tax charged on arrival in your country. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid for an order.

Made to order

Pieces are cast and finished by hand after you order. Small variations in finish and dimension between pieces are a property of that process, not a defect.

Materials

Pieces are solid 925 sterling silver, or 14k gold vermeil — a layer of 14k gold bonded to solid sterling silver. Vermeil is a surface finish and will wear with use.

Returns

Your right to cancel is set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, images and text on this site belong to Jooori. You may not reproduce or sell our designs without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
