Every Jooori piece is cast and finished by hand after you order it, so there is a making window before anything ships. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking the moment it leaves us.

Shipping cost and delivery estimate

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are calculated for your address at checkout, before you pay. Delivery estimates run from the day your order is dispatched, not the day you place it.

All orders are made and dispatched from Vietnam.

Duties and import tax

Depending on your country, import duty or VAT may be charged when your parcel arrives. These charges are set by your government, are not collected by us at checkout, and are the recipient's responsibility.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will resend it once return postage is covered.
